ETHICS POLICY
  • KNS Otomotiv does not accept discrimination among employees based on language, race, color, gender, political opinion, belief, religion, sect, age, physical disability and similar reasons.
  • Child labor cannot be employed at any stage of production. This age restriction must not be below the age at which the child reaches the end of compulsory schooling and in no case below the age of 15.
  • Wages and benefits are determined in accordance with the applicable basic principles on minimum wage, overtime and legally mandated benefits. Working hours comply with applicable laws. Overtime is only worked when the employee volunteers and the employee is entitled to at least 1 day off after 6 consecutive working days.
  • Employees are the first to recognize something seriously wrong at KNS Otomotiv. Disclosure is seen by KNS Otomotiv as a positive action that can make a valuable contribution to the efficiency and long-term success of the organization.
  • The highest level of integrity is expected in all business activities and relationships. All forms of corruption, bribery, blackmail and abuse are strictly prohibited. If there are concerns about suppliers, customers and any other interested parties, including our own activities as employees, complaints will be raised in accordance with the escalation table.
