YILKA ELEKTRİK-ELEKTRONİK SAN. ve TİC.LTD. ŞTİ. it was founded in 1990 by BAHTİYAR KANSU. Since it’s establishment, has operated as a manufacturer of electrical-electronic spare parts in the automotive sector and has become the leading company in the sector.
YILKA ELEKTRİK-ELEKTRONİK SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. joined with the constitute of KNS OTOMOTİV SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. which was founded by Onur KANSU and Oğuz KANSU brothers with domestic and national capital in 2016.
KNS OTOMOTİV SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. manufactures air channel, luggage rack systems, led interior lighting, electronic modules, stainless and aluminum welded trim parts and electric vehicle battery boxes for commercial vehicle, railway vehicle, electric vehicle, defense industry vehicle and aircraft equipments manufacturers in its 2 factories; first 15,000m2 closed and 4,000m2 open area and second 4,500m2 closed and 2,000m2 open area in the 1st Industrial Zone region in Sakarya.
KNS LOGISTICS offers domestic transportation, warehousing and out of gauge cargo transportation services throughout Turkey in 14.000 m2 open and 10.000 m2 closed area in the 1st Industrial Zone region.
It provides solution-oriented service to it’s customers by performing industrial design studies, air duct designs, Led lighting designs, Welded and twisted part designs, Plastic injection molds, Metal cutting, and drilling molds, Aluminum extrusion molds, Plastic extrusion molds, Electronic Pcb card designs by making the necessary examinations of all the documents from it’s customers together with the expert engineering staff in the Design Center.
Within the framework of total quality management, KNS Otomotiv has proved the value it attaches to quality management systems to public transportation vehicle manufacturers in the world by obtaining IATF 16949, IRIS-ISO TS 22163:2017, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, AS9100 certificates with the contribution of all it’s employees by making customer-oriented production.
Within it’s internal structure; Aluminum profile processing line, Metal processing and forming line, Eccentric and Hydraulic Press line, Plastic injection line, Molding area, Welded part production line, Electronic SMD typesetting line, Wiring harness production line, Electronic assembly line, Air duct assembly line, Electric vehicle battery box assembly line and Fabric coating lines by serving all customers from a single point has become the leading player of it’s sector in Turkey and the world.
